Extruder grain from the shaft of selection of power (SSP) of EKZ-220

The extruder grain works from a shaft of selection of power of a tractor (except the T - 25 tractor).

Productivity on grain (wheat, corn, peas, barley, rye, zernosmes, soy) 200 - 220 kg/h.
For normal work of an extruder humidity of grain has to be 18 - 20% .
Weight is 250 kg.

At extrusion pressure of 20 - 30 Atm is reached, temperature of 120 - 180 °C happens conversion to increase in quantity of dextrins and the general sugars, the structure of walls of a cage collapses, cellulose breaks up to secondary sugar, in a consequence of what digestibility of forages and tastes improves, the pathogenic microflora is destroyed. There is a significant increase in digestibility (from 45% at traditional processing of grain) to 95% .

For example use of an ekstrudat of peas, corn, barley, wheat in feeding of pigs allows:

- to intensify an average daily gain of mass of pigs for 15,7 - 27% , to reduce an expense of forages (including scarce forages of an animal origin);

- to reduce a case of pigs owing to sharp (at 2 - 17 times) decrease in a bacterial fungal obsemenennost of grain.
